Sense of responsibility Is the only thing that makes a person, Teacher; and that too a  great one! If a person have some sense of responsibility but not the ability to teach, the least he can do in the interest of students is either resign or at least try to teach in a better manner.

A student’s rant is about to be started. Caution: weak hearted people beware!

• Physics Final lab next week is no fair. I would love it to be delayed
• Maths Assignment so huge is no fair. I would want it less
• Statistics lab work so difficult no fair. Can’t it be easy
• I haven’t understood a single word of physics this semester in classes is no fair. I want the best teacher in uni.
• No news about student’s week in uni is no fair. I need some break
• Exams being conducted in November is no fair. Some more time please.
• Me writing this post is no fair. I’ll go and study!

Daily Prompt: The Bizarro World

In the DC comics universe, a planet called “Htrae” (“Earth” spelled backwards) is populated with bizarre versions of superheroes. A Seinfeld episode made the idea of this Bizarro World popular, where the characters encountered their opposite selves.

Craft a scene in which you meet an opposite version of yourself — or a story in a bizarre, backwards world.

Just Ten days to go until examinations start.

Tring! Tring! Alarm rings On a Sunday morning at 7.30 am. I woke up, Changed my clothes and silently tip-toed out of my room (In order not to wake my sister up), went into the common and started studying. I studied until 9.00 and prepared breakfast before my mother wakes up and has to do it for me. After breakfast, I shut myself in my room to study again. Before 8.00 at night, syllabus for the subject has been completed. And that is me in a parallel universe! 😀

Just Ten days to go until examinations start. 

Tring! Tring! Alarm rings On a Sunday morning at 7.30 am. Ughh! Alarm’s been snoozed for the thousandth time by you now Yumna!: My sister yells at me and I woke up at 9.30. I hardly studied for 20 minutes in my room officially disturbing my sister’s peace before sleeping off again. At 10.30 my sister wakes me up for breakfast and after breakfast it’s like 12.30. Then it’s facebook, wordpress and pottermore for 2-3 hours and then irresistible hunger. Oh God! Its 4.30 already! Yay! Tea time! After tea, it’s little bit of T.V  (all this time wanting to study, but not being able to, I don’t know how the time flies). After studying for a while, It’s 8.30.. T.V time and dinner. After dinner I’m too tired to study and here we go… Another day efficiently wasted before exams. And That’s me in my actual upside down life! 😀

To be or not to be: A cellaholic

Daily Prompt: Call Me, Maybe

Describe your relationship with your phone. Is it your lifeline, a buzzing nuisance, or something in between?

Cellphones are a  form of communication available in almost every part of the world and very few people might be unaware of this technology. To me, my relationship with my cell phone depends on my current situation of studies.. If I have normal class days, my cellphone is quite important for me and it’s quite difficult to survive without it. Well I am saying it because it caused my sister to miss her class and sit in my class as I’ve forgotten my cell phone in the car and she had to return it to me anyhow! Well, I did feel pretty guilty for doing so and have not forgotten it since then.

If it’s exam days my cellphone is definitely my lifeline. There’s a continuous texting going on and it’s just impossible for me to do without it! I just cannot imagine to live without my cellphone in exams!

And if I’m on holidays, My cellphone is nothing but a buzzing nuisance as the only texts I receive are mainly from Service Centres and very few selective friends!

In short, it is a very fluctuating relation and depends totally on my mood and need! 😉
